Where's Freeway?

Earlier this summer Jay-z stopped in Philadelphia to announce the two day "Made in America" concert taking place in the City of Brotherly Love. The focus immediately turned to Philly rapper Freeway's "stand-offish" approach during photos. Freeway was so far out the pictured you had to search for him like Waldo.
