Beech Community Service will host its 7^th Annual "Jazz on the Ave," hosted by WDAS’ Patty Jackson and Soul Comedy Café’s Own, TuRae, will feature live musical performances from Mozaic Flow, Charisa - The Violin Diva, Richard Jah Ace and Sons of Ace, Robert Kenyatta & LaTumba, Pablo Batista featuring the Mambo Syndicate, and the Clef Club Youth Ensemble.

In addition to free music, children's activities, food and fun, there will be free health and wellness sreenings, social services information and 4-hours (12:30-4:30 PM) of free document shredding.

Night Market Philadelphia is launching its 2013 season on Fairmount Avenue between 19th Street and 22nd Streets; Corinthian Avenue between Fairmount and Brown Streets; and 22nd Street between Fairmount and Aspen Streets. Be a part of Philadelphia's favorite street food festival, celebrating the city's ethnic restaurants, and gourmet food trucks!  

Important information you should know:

• The above mentioned sections of Fairmount Avenue, Corinthian Avenue, and 22nd Street WILL BE CLOSED from 3pm - 12am.  There is NO PARKING on these streets during this time.  If you leave your car there and ignore the "Temporary No Parking" signs, the Philadelphia Parking Authority will tow your car - so spread the word to your friends and neighbors!!  
• SEPTA - because of the street closures, the Route 33 and 48 buses may be rerouted.  Please check the SEPTA schedule and plan accordingly.
• Festivities will start at 6pm and end at 10pm.  Breakdown and cleanup should be completed by midnight.
