As St. Cloud State University’s baseball team prepares for the upcoming season, the mayor of Loretto, Minnesota has an unusual investment in the team’s success. No he didn’t bet his salary that they will make the playoffs... nor did he buy new jerseys for the club. The Mayor of the densely populated city is the team’s second baseman Kent Koch.
