Growing up, we all wanted to grow up and become someone...ELSE. Ballers wanted to be like Mike. Fat guys wanted to be cool like Biggie. Women wanted to be like Toni Braxton or Madonna. Teenagers wanted to be cool like the characters on Saved by the Bell. Dark skinned guys wanted to be light skinned. Hell, some folks wanted to be white (damn near the whole Jackson family).
However, NO one ever wanted to be black. No one asks to be the under dog. More so, wants to have to claim: Michael Jackson, Bobby Brown, Ron Artest, Bill Clinton, O.J., and Flava Flav.
I guess I should have said no one except Pauly Shore. Next thing you know, George Carlin is going to want to be Middle Eastern.

In general, 69% of our society just doesn't get it. They are the people that make you scratch your head, pondering what the hell they were thinking. The remaining 31% are those that have chosen to represent a rational way of life, while being open to others, and respecting ALL KINDS OF COOL....What Percent Are You?
